The Ruffed Grouse Society approached Plus+ to enhance their online presence by improving to their online store and member site in order to further engage current and prospective members. These improvements include using social media to increase visitor activity on the Ruffed Grouse website, providing a streamlined member onboarding process, and creating a modern, easy-to-use member portal. The society also sought to improve their ability to report on member activity, donations, membership levels, and member revenue streams, as well as improve their marketing ability in order to increase membership, donations, and product sales.
After conducting an initial assessment, Plus+ recommended that Ruffed Grouse implement a complete Microsoft solution utilizing Dynamics CRM along with ADX Studio and ClickDimensions, which integrate tightly with the organization’s back office system, as well as Dynamics GP to synchronize order history. In addition, SharePoint was implemented to execute full document lifecycle management.
Plus+ delivered a solution that enabled the Ruffed Grouse Society to break down the existing silos in its system to enhance visibility, reporting, collaboration and overall efficiency within the organization. By leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM as their primary Member Relationship Management platform, the Ruffed Grouse Society is now equipped with a robust toolset that enables the organization to increase its revenues, allowing the organization to pursue additional conservation activities.
