The most important measurement of a successful CRM implementation is whether or not your employees use it. People typically fear change. Therefore, providing the right type and the right amount of training for your End-users, Administrators and Executives is absolutely critical to the success of your engagement.
Plus Consulting provides various types of training to give your users the tools they need to utilize your CRM system effectively.
- End-user Training
- We provide a certain amount of basic end-user training with every implementation. We also develop custom end-user training sessions for intermediate and advanced system users (power users).
- These training sessions can focus on basic and advanced system usage, data entry, report generation, etc.
- Administrator Training
- Once we've completed your CRM implementation, we make sure that your staff knows how to perform system administration so that you can be self sufficient. We provide basic Administrator training with every implementation, but we can also conduct customized, in-depth training sessions to expose your Administrators to a wide variety of system components.
- Executive / Management Training
- While Executives are not going to be primary users of the CRM system, they do have a need to understand what data is in the system, where it resides and how to get it out. Executive / Management training focuses on the high-level aspects of the system, like reporting and dashboards. We develop customized Executive / Management training sessions to make sure your key stakeholders know how and where to access critical dashboards and system reports.
